How to insert the VAT number in the app if it contains letters?
Please note that VAT numbers containing letters, need to be typed with capital letters
In Insite Gold you can create a simultaneous connection via both SWAN and a static IP address. In this case, what will be the priority of the connection?
The static IP connection should have priority.
Cannot double tap for quick arming in Insite Gold on my MG5050 panel.
The Double tap quick arming, is not supported in Insite Gold app on v.4.xx panel versions.
What does the "access denied" icon represents when arming an area?
This icon (below) appears when the area is armed from the system keypad, in "instant arming" mode.
The Google Pay option (for supported countries) is not available when trying to pay for the subscription, only the credit card.
The phone has to be set up for Google Pay by adding a credit card before the choice will appear. Please navigate to phone Settings to setup Google Pay.

Cannot connect with Static IP on a device running IOS15.
Insite Gold asks to allow the static IP connection on IOS15, in the login screen. If you didn`t allow it by mistake, please go to the app settings on the IOS device and enable the local network, like in the attached picture.
How many areas can be selected in Android widget?
One area or all. For example, two areas cannot be selected.
How long are the default alarm sounds? Can these sounds be extended?
The default alarm sound is about 30 seconds and it will be played once. For Android devices a longer custom sound can be used. For iOS devices this option is not available.
Which payment methods are accepted?

Insite Gold is not running on Android 4 devices.

As the app does not automatically renew the subscription or store card credentials, the card details need to be entered for each payment.

Insite Gold does not have an automatic renewal subscription, it needs to be manually renewed .
