• The time displayed in the push notifications is not correct.

  The time in the app follows the panel time. Please set the correct time on the panel from the system keypad.

• Can I change a paying credit card?

  As the app does not automatically renew the subscription or store card credentials, the card details need to be entered for each payment.

• Are stay/sleep arm push notifications shown in the app?

  ​Stay/sleep arm push notifications will show as full arm, as they are not yet implemented separately in the app.
