Can alarm sound for push notifications be muted in the app?
Due to security reasons, the alarm sound notifications cannot be muted. Other types of notifications can be muted.
Insite Gold shows "User blocked due to wrong password to many times" when trying to login.
Insite Gold has a safety mechanism, blocking the login after multiple invalid code entries. In order to unlock it, the master user (master code) needs to do an arming/disarming cycle on ALL areas from the system keypad.
Is there a trial version for which I don`t have to pay?
There is a 30-day free trial when creating a site, which has the full features of the app enabled.

Do I need to pay for Insite Gold for each user/device used?
Insite Gold is paid per site, not per user (phone). An unlimited number of devices can connect to the site, without the need to pay another subscription.
I cannot download Insite Gold on my Huawei device.
Insite Gold is compatible only with devices that are running Google Services. Some Huawei devices do not have Google Services anymore
Can the panic button be removed from the screen?
The panic button cannot be removed from the screen, due to security reasons.

The “Biometric login” option can be enabled/disabled from the setting menu, found in the site list screen.
How many sites can be created on the same Swan email address?
There is no limitation on the number of sites, but the site ID needs to be different for each site.
How many Swan sites can be added on a device (phone)?
There is no limitation on the number of sites.
The time displayed in the push notifications is not correct.
The time in the app follows the panel time. Please set the correct time on the panel from the system keypad.
How do I add an existing site to another phone?
The site can be added on another phone by tapping on the + button and entering the site ID and email address of the site
