What is the format of a push notification?

The format of Insite Gold event is: Event type/Date/Hour/Site ID/Area/User

The format of phone notification event is: Site ID/Area/user/Event type/Date/Hour

In case arming/disarming is done via keyswitch or quick arming, the user will appear as "unknown", as keyswitch is not associated to an user.
