If the communication module internet connection is lost, after recovering it will send the pending push notifications?
If the module remains without internet, the push notifications are not sent anymore. When the module recovers internet connection, the push notifications from the past are not received, only the ones from that moment forward.
Cannot edit PGM labels or settings on SP4000/SP65.
SP4000/SP65 has a limitation by design for Editing PGM or to assign a zone.
In BlueEye, you can create a simultaneous connection via both SWAN and a static IP address. In this case, what will be the priority of the connection?
The static IP connection should have priority.
Can I backup existing sites in the BlueEye app?
The backup of existing sites in the BlueEye app is done by accessing the Settings, then the Export Sites button. To import the Sites backup file tap the setting button, and select the Import Sites option, then locate the backup file and select it.
Unable to open the invoice in the BlueEye app's Menu > Billing > Invoices, due to a corrupted or damaged file error.
Kindly note that if the subscription was paid from the Insite Gold app, the invoice generated cannot be opened through the BlueEye app. Only invoices generated from payments made directly through the BlueEye app can be opened.

The time in the app follows the panel time. Please set the correct time on the panel from the system keypad.
How many Swan sites can be added on a device (phone)?
There is no limitation on the number of sites.
How many sites can be created on the same Swan email address?
There is no limitation on the number of sites, but the site ID needs to be different for each site.
How do I turn on/off biometric login (fingerprint or face recognition)?
The “Biometric login” option can be enabled/disabled from the setting menu, found in the site list screen.
Is there a user manual for BlueEye?

Can the panic button be removed from the screen?
The panic button cannot be removed from the screen, due to security reasons.
I cannot download BlueEye on my Huawei device.
BlueEye is compatible only with devices that are running Google Services. Some Huawei devices do not have Google Services anymore.
Do I need to pay for BlueEye for each user/device used?
BlueEye is paid per site, not per user (phone). An unlimited number of devices can connect to the site, without the need to pay another subscription.

How long are the default alarm sounds? Can these sounds be extended?
The default alarm sound is about 30 seconds and it will be played once. For Android devices a longer custom sound can be used. For iOS devices this option is not available.
I cannot configure the IP150+ anymore from the Web Interface.
