My Swan site subscription has expired, how can I renew it?
When the site subscription expires, a "Renew" button appears in the app, in the site list screen (home screen). Tapping on it will open the payment screen.
The Google Pay option (for supported countries) is not available when trying to pay for the subscription, only the credit card.
The phone has to be set up for Google Pay by adding a credit card before the choice will appear. Please navigate to phone Settings to setup Google Pay.
Cannot double tap for quick arming in Insite Gold on my MG5050 panel.
The Double tap quick arming, is not supported in Insite Gold app on v.4.xx panel versions.
