I cannot connect to my site. What should I do?
Please note that we have introduced a reset feature in the latest BlueEye version. If the connection cannot be made, a pop-up with a reset button should appear, to reset the connection.
Please update BlueEye from the latest version from Google Play (Android) or App Store (IOS).
Note:
- Only IP150/+, PCS265LTE and PCSV7 modules can be rebooted ( not available for PCS250/PCS260/PCS265)
