Which DVRs/NVRs are compatible with BlueEye?
BlueEye is compatible only with Provision DVRs and NVRs for now. The NVR/DVR needs to have NAT2 routing service, to allow viewing. The integration is only for NVRs and DVRs, its not compatible directly with IP cameras.
You can find attached the complete list of compatible Provision NVRs/DVRs.
Please note that the Cloud P2P code should be added in the app, not the serial number, as in the attached picture. The correct code to enter is the one in green.
