I`m not receiving push notifications or I`m receiving delayed push notifications.
For Android devices please activate the “Notifications in background” option from the setting menu, found in the site list screen.
For IOS devices, please login to your site, go to push notifications settings menu and tap on "Restart Push Notification Process". This should refresh the push notification token.
If the above is not succesful, please try to delete the site from the phone, than add it back by tapping on the + button. Uninstalling and re-installing Insite Gold may also help.
