I cannot connect to my Swan site. What should I do?

We have released a new app called BlueEye, which has an improved user interface, new features and it`s constantly being developed.
In BlueEye we have introduced a reset feature in the latest version. If the connection cannot be made, a pop-up with a reset button should appear, to reset the connection.

The BlueEye app (Paradox) is available in both Google Play and the Apple store. You cand download it from the following links:

After installing it, the site can be added by tapping the " + " button on the main page of the app. If you have used Insite Gold until now and don`t know your site token, please tap on the "I don`t have a Site Token".
You will be redirected to a page where you can enter the site ID (site name) and Swan site email address. After entering them, please tap on the "Add site" button.

- The reboot feature is available only for IP150/+, PCS265LTE and PCS265V7 (not available for PCS250/PCS260/PCS265)
- BlueEye app is not compatible with HD78 and HD88 cameras
